Mastodon instances should really have door games like BBSes used to.
For those who don't know, they were games associated with each instance where the users would typically make one turn per day. http://lord.lordlegacy.com/main.php was always a fun one, for example.
@j4yav definitely! this could be a fun weekend project, throw up a telnet server, add some JS code to connect through the browser, and render a telnet client in the timeline window
